1.ELIGIBILITY: The New Marriott.com Blogger Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia, U.S. military installations, and U.S. territories and possessions, excluding Puerto Rico), who are 19 years of age or older (21 in Mississippi) as of date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Marriott International, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), the blog web sites associated with this Sweepstakes, or any of their respective parents, franchisees, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers/web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator reserve the right to verify the eligibility of winners. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s and Sweepstakes Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

2.ENTRY PERIOD: Sweepstakes starts at the time the Marriott.com video discussed in Rule #3 below is posted onto the participating blog (“Sweepstakes Blog”) and ends on the Monday immediately subsequent at 11:59:59 P.M. ET. (“Entry Period”).

3.HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period, visit the Sweepstakes Blog and follow the instructions to view the Marriott.com video posted on the Sweepstakes Blog. You will receive one (1) entry when you post a comment about the Marriott.com video featured on this blog.

Limit: One (1) entry per email address, per comment specifically relating to the posted video (any posts not relating to the video, as determined by Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator, and/or the Sweepstakes Blog in their sole discretion, will not count towards an entry). Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void that entrant's entries, and that entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Entries must be submitted by the participant. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter to win a prize. Normal Internet access, phone and usage charges imposed by your on-line or phone service may apply. Use of automated entries or programs or entries submitted by third parties is prohibited and will be disqualified. Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries will be attributed to the authorized account holder of the email address submitted during registration. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the registrant or participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Winning participants may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the claimed winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry, or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

4.PRIZES: Five (5) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) $100 Marriott® Gift Card (Retail Value: $100 each). Only the prizes stated in these Official Rules are available to be won in the Sweepstakes. The total retail value of all Grand Prizes to be awarded is $500.

5.PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize not specifically stated herein are the responsibility solely of winner. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator reserve the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at their discretion if advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable. Winner is responsible for any loss of prize or portion of prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of a prize. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. 6.WINNER SELECTION: The Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about the Tuesday immediately following the end of the Entry Period, from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will be conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions are final and legally binding on all matters relating to the drawing. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the Travel Blog by the end of the Entry Period.

7.WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant’s eligibility HAS been verified as set forth below. Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by email on or about the Friday following the Entry Period. Grand Prize winners will be required to confirm their addresses prior to prize delivery.

Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If a potential winner is unavailable to accept the prize within the time period specified by Sponsor, or if the potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator in their sole discretion, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place. All prizes will be awarded.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. 11.Disputes: Except where prohibited and subject to applicable law, entrant agrees that: any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland or the appropriate Maryland State Court located in Maryland in the U.S.; (2) any and all claims, judgment, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Maryland in the U.S., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules (whether of the State of Maryland or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Maryland in the U.S.
